Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end appliances in my room, which was ready for check-in at 4 pm. Booking through the hotel was convenient, especially considering the price paid for the room.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives like the large, very comfy bed in the room, fantastic bathroom with Miele Washer/dryers, and the amazing service I received. However, the price was a bit on the higher side compared to other weeks. The location was great, close to Southbank and restaurants, but noise from nearby bars disturbed my sleep. Dining offered a good variety, and facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms, akin to a 3.5-star Best Western. The service was welcoming and polite, with staff going the extra mile to assist with local information. The location is outstanding, centrally positioned for shopping, dining, and leisurely walks along the river. The dining experience, while only okay, included a buffet breakfast that exceeded expectations. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel offers incredibly comfortable rooms with all the amenities you can think of at a great price when booked in advance. The location is outstanding, close to Southbank dining precinct and various attractions. Although the dining experience fell short of expectations, the overall value for money is quite satisfactory.
The hotel offers picture postcard views and a great city buzz, coupled with a feeling of comfort. The kitchen amenities were awesome and had everything you would need. Although the room showed some wear and tear, the magnificent panoramic views of Melbourne and its locality to the Yarra Boulevard precinct made it worth the stay for a long period.
The hotel had a stale smell in the rooms and lacked a great view, but I really wanted a balcony, which was the main reason I booked. The rooms were not very clean, a bit dusty when we arrived. The service was friendly and informative, with a prepared fresh fruit display and good quality yoghurt and croissants awaiting our arrival. The location, overlooking the Yarra River and close to the city center and restaurants, was the main draw, though it could get noisy at night. Unfortunately, the dining experience was cold, but it didn't ruin the overall stay. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
